STEP 01
Download and install the authentic Ledger Live application exclusively from the verified source. After passing this genuine check, install application modules for your desired blockchains, securely generate receiving accounts, and verify all receiving addresses on your physical device display.
Remember the cardinal rule of cold storage: Ledger employees, automated support bots, and cryptographic engineers will never request your 24-word recovery phrase under any circumstance. If any website, browser extension, or pop-up asks you to verify or input your secret seed phrase, it is an active phishing scam.
